How do I request a return?

Does the wig need glue?

No. All our wigs are glueless: they have an integrated elastic band and HD lace for a comfortable and secure fit without damaging your skin.

Can the lace tone be customized?

Yes. Our lace is transparent HD, but we also offer a free service where we can adapt it to your skin tone so that it blends as naturally as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I return my wig?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days, as long as the wig is unworn and in its original packaging.
