Therefore, we offer a clear and transparent exchange and return process, provided the conditions indicated below are met.
⏳ Exchange or return period
You can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
📦 Product conditions
For an exchange or return to be accepted, the wig must:
- Be unused
- Not have been washed
- Not have been subjected to heat
- Not have been handled or altered
- Have the lace intact and uncut
- Retain its original condition, accessories, and packaging
If the lace is cut or the hair has been handled, the return will not be accepted.

- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for the request
Our team will review your case and inform you of the next steps.
Exchange or return requests are processed exclusively by email.
They are not processed via WhatsApp or social media.
🚚 Shipping costs
Shipping costs derived from a return will be borne by the customer, except in case of error by BellaEla Hair.
💳 Refunds
Once the return is received and reviewed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within approximately 5 to 10 business days.
