This document regulates the conditions for accessing, browsing, and purchasing on the website www.bellaela.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).
The Website is operated by BellaEla Hair (hereinafter, “BellaEla”, “we” or “the brand”).
Accessing and using the Website, as well as placing orders, implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through the Website, both to customers residing in Spain and in other countries of the European Union or outside it, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Products
BellaEla sells wigs and products related to natural hair for aesthetic and personal use.
Due to the nature of the product:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may exist.
- Images are for illustrative purposes.
- Product perception may vary depending on lighting, environment, or screen settings.
BellaEla does not guarantee specific results from product use, as these depend on individual factors and the customer's use.
4. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the customer must:
- Select the product.
- Add it to the cart.
- Provide the requested data.
- Confirm the order and make the payment.
Once the process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
The purchase will be considered formalized only when payment has been confirmed.
BellaEla reserves the right to reject orders in case of:
- Incorrect or incomplete data.
- Payment issues.
- Suspicion of fraudulent use.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
- For orders within the European Union, prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- For orders outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for any possible taxes, duties, or customs fees, in accordance with the regulations of their country.
Available payment methods are indicated during the purchase process.
BellaEla does not store banking or card details.
6. Shipping
Shipping conditions, estimated times, and costs are detailed on the corresponding page of the Website.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by:

- Holidays
- Logistics incidents
- Causes beyond BellaEla's control
BellaEla will not be responsible for delays arising from such circumstances.
7. Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with current European Union regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their legal right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision.
The period will end 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.
This right may be limited or excluded in legally stipulated cases, especially for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
8. Commercial Returns Policy (30 days)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, BellaEla voluntarily offers an extended return period of up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, subject to the conditions established in the Returns Policy.
In particular, returns will not be accepted for products that:
- Have been used or handled
- Have the lace cut
- Show alterations, damage, or signs of use
- Do not retain their original condition

9. Liability
BellaEla will not be liable for:
- Improper use of the products
- Undesired results derived from incorrect handling
- Reactions or consequences derived from use not in accordance with instructions
BellaEla's liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount effectively paid by the customer.

All contents of the Website (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, trademarks, etc.) are the property of BellaEla or licensed third parties, and are protected by current regulations.
Their reproduction, distribution, or use without express authorization is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of controversy, and when regulations allow, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
